YIKES!

there are like 250 some Hallmark Hall of Fame movies.

There are 69 of them that are showing up on the us copyright site under "hallmark hall of fame".

many others are separately copyrighted.

and... hallmark will not release a complete list of the programs. I did find a relatively complete list from wikipedia, missing about 30 broadcasts.

back to researching!

Okay... now I am officially confused, but here's what I've discovered.

It looks like they're all copyrighted.

If they aren't listed as Hallmark Hall of Fame, they are listed by Title and date of recording/air date.

I just did about 20 "random" searches (picking from a list) and all of them are copyrighted in some way, shape or form.

That's the way it looks to me.
